How is FreyerMartin different from online bill pay? Will online bill pay call the cable company when the bill is wrong? We will. We don’t just set up your bills and click a Pay button. We manage the entire process, from receiving your bills and tracking down missing ones, to calling companies when charges are incorrect. We also provide insight into your spending patterns and are available to handle many other "financial details".
How does it work? FreyerMartin is a full-service firm that receives bills directly on behalf of clients and makes sure they're reviewed, logged and paid on time. Clients have a bill-paying checking account, separate from their other bank accounts, where they deposit funds to cover the bills they want us to manage.
Are you a credit counseling or debt consolidation company? No. Although our clients’ credit scores often go up as a result of our service and the fact that payments are always on time, we are not equipped to serve clients with serious credit or cash flow issues.
Who uses FreyerMartin? We excel at supporting people who are extremely busy. Our clients work long or unusual hours, travel frequently, have multiple residences - time to coordinate, manage and reflect on their personal finances is limited.

Do you provide investment or tax advice? No. We do not keep certified investment or tax professionals on staff. Our strength lies in working with your trusted advisors - bankers, financial planners, wealth managers, accountants, and insurance agents. We can also make referrals based on your needs.
What if I already have a CPA or a financial planner? That’s perfect. Our strength lies in working with your advisors to execute the strategies you set out.
